During the John Maxwell Team Global Youth Initiative Month, Certified John Maxwell Team members from all around the world will host FREE events to equip 500,000 youth with skills they need to serve as leaders in all areas of their lives. 

Event sites will vary in size and scope but all events will be:

• Hosted by Certified John Maxwell Team Members
• Engage youth in YouthMAX or YouthMAX Plus curriculum
• And be FREE for youth participant
• Increase confidence, allowing them to better performance in school and life
• Increase soft skills, helping them better prepare for post-secondary education or the workforce
• Increase communication skills with adults, setting them apart from their peers
• Increase ability to develop critical thinking and collaboration skills
• Include tools and other materials for participants to keep, further enhancing their experience and growth
